CPA Yogev Zilber, Partner

CPA Yogev Zilber Holds a BA in Business Administration, specializing in accounting, and an MBA, specializing in financing. He worked in Israel’s largest accounting firm, and one of the four largest accounting firms in the world. In his role as CPA, he led audit teams in some of the largest public and private companies in the Israeli economy.

Mr. Zilber specializes in IFRS issues, and accompanies prospectus for the Israel Securities Authority. He has experience in conducting risk surveys for large companies and experience in SOX, as well as an extensive professional knowledge in preparation of financial statements, directorate statement, and Barnea reports. Mr. Zilber accompanies public companies in the Israeli capital market, as an accountant and as an internal auditor.
